My sister shared this recipe with me not too long ago and I absolutely LOVE these! And the best part is, at 80 calories, I don't have to feel guilty!
It is incredibly simple:
- Take one chocolate graham cracker sheet and break it in half.
- Put a dallop of light cool whip on top of one of the halves.
- Place the other half on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap tightly.
- Freeze at least 2 hours.
